Established in 2005, Creative Leadership provides expert talent management, development and wellness programmes, in partnership with people and businesses.

We focus upon each individual person and their needs, as well as related organisational dimensions. It’s through this integrated approach that we make a real tangible difference to the development of people and organisations.

Michelle Fischer: Company Director and Partner

Michelle has over 10 years experience of working within Talent Management and Resourcing within complex Professional Services, agency and outsourced organisations. She has proven expertise in recruitment and resourcing, training and development, coaching people to achieve results, relationship management, marketing, strategy and change.

Michelle is BPS level 2 qualified, an NLP Practitioner and holds a Certificate in Coaching from the Coaching Academy. She is a member of The ANLP, NLP Dorset, British Psychological Society, The Association for Management, Education and Development and Business Exchange Wessex. She is also a volunteer mentor for the Prince’s Trust.

John Chisholm: Company Director and Partner

John offers an innovative, results-focussed approach to learning and development for teams and individuals. He has an in depth knowledge of many change methodologies coupled with considerable experience delivering high impact coaching and training that really makes a difference.

John’s primary area of interest is developing leaders. He advocates maximising personal performance by harnessing the power of creativity, diversity and communication in order to build personal integrity and the self-knowledge that inspires others.

John is an NLP trainer and coach, an active member of the ANLP, Founder of the NLP Dorset Forum and Organiser of the ever popular Sea of Change NLP Conference, Bournemouth.
